How to Personalize

1. Upload one original, high-resolution photo using the Upload Your Photo field on this product page before adding the ornament to your cart (maximum 10 MB).
2. Review your uploaded photo and complete your purchase.
3. We will print the same photo on both sides. If you'd prefer two different photos, please use our contact form before ordering to discuss your request.

Questions or upload issues? Please use our contact form. If your photo exceeds the upload limit or we need a higher-resolution image, we'll help arrange another way to send it.

Photo quality matters: Please upload the original image file from your phone or camera. Avoid photos downloaded from Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms because compressed images may look blurry or pixelated when printed. We may contact you if your photo isn't suitable for printing. Photos may be cropped slightly to fit the round ornament.

Ornament includes a hanging ribbon; a gift box is not included. Photos shown in styled mockups are illustrative examples of possible personalization.
