All of our candles, crafts, apparel, and accessory items are made to order specifically for you. This means:

• No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted once your order is placed.
• Because each product is created individually, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind or preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@4evercrafting.com.
2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
3. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a store credit if applicable.
